I am part of a company with limited staff, but we operate around 450 rental units in different areas. I need a good software to handle all of these properties. I have been using tenant pro 5.0, but I feel like there are probably a lot of advances that have been made, and am looking to upgrade, either to the new tenant pro, or something better.

I am a new real estate agent. Does the real estate company you work for normally provide virtual tour software for you to use or is this completely up to the agent to do? Do agents normally create their own tour, or do they normally hire someone to do it? Is it easy? How long does it take?

Hello! I am starting an estate management service in an upscale ocean-front part of the country. Would anyone happen to know a great software program that would keep track of clients and their needs, but without the extras in other property management programs, such as rents, units, leases, etc?

In addition, any sage advice on this industry would be great! I am still trying to set pricing, services, etc., as the possibilities seem to be endless.

Thanks so much!
